CALIFORNIA DESERT CULTIVATION & EXTRACTION

This 20-acre cultivation and manufacturing campus was delivered in a multi-phased approach to maintain existing operations active while the expansion work was ongoing. Phase 1 of the project included all civil work with 20,000 SF of hybrid greenhouse and 25,000 SF of processing and manufacturing space. Phase 2 added 30,000 SF of hybrid greenhouse; and Phase 3 through 5 added an extra 200,000 SF of greenhouse plus 25,000 SF of processing facility.
